At Ninja Kitchen Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your Ninja product is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories and manuals provided at the time of purchase.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our Customer Excellence team via our online contact form or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping your item.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your appliance to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the box with your unique Return Authorization Number.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your item back via a tracked courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
